The services that I offer are split into different packages so that you can select the one that suits your needs. However, please feel free to contact me, should you have a different suggestion or want to adapt the package to suit you.
Design Package 1 - Initial Consultation
£200
For those who have a project in mind, and require some expert ideas and advice. At the end of this meeting there will be the opportunity to decide if you want to progress to Design Package 2, 3 or 4. Note: Price based on one room. If you have a larger project in mind, please contact me directly for multi-room discount. * Questionnaire to complete prior to meeting * 1 hour consultation at your home to discuss requirements, ideas with verbal suggestions on how to improve your space. * Written summary provided, detailing requirements and suggestions made during consultation. Some links to shopping (online and local) and local businesses provided.
Design package 2 - The Starter Package
This package includes the initial consultation, which is detailed above. However you will also receive a detailed moodboard and shopping list with links to furniture, paint colours, and altogether a more comprehensive design for you to work from. Again this package can be extended to include more than one room, at an hourly rate. There will be the opportunity to extend this package to Design packages 3 or 4 if required. Note: The initial price is based on one room, but can be extended on an hourly basis if you require multiple rooms for a larger project. * Questionnaire completed by you and analysed by me, prior to our meeting. * 1 hour consulation at your home to discuss requirements, ideas with verbal suggestions on how to improve your space. * Written summary provided, detailing requirements and suggestions made during consultation. * Detailed moodboard with colour scheme. * Shopping list with links so that you can purchase yourself.
Design package 3 - The Full works
This package is for those who want the full Interior Design experience. After the initial consultation, I will measure your space and provide you with everything you need to create a stunning room that would not look out of place on Pinterest or Instagram. If you require home styling, I can provide this at my hourly rate. Again, this package can be extended to include multiple rooms. * Questionnaire - completed by you and analysed by me, prior to our initial meeting. * Moodboard * Shopping list and links * Detailed floor plan * Home styling (extra hourly rate)
Design package 4 - The Bespoke Package
This is the full experience for those who want a beautiful space, designed bespokely for them, and styled, with minimal stress for them. I will manage your project from start to completion, liaise with tradespeople (if required) and finish by styling your room so that it would not look out of place on Instagram or Pinterest. Again this is based on one space and, as it is a bespoke package, requires a deposit. After our initial consultation, we can base the price depending on the size and scope of your project. * Questionnaire - completed by you and analysed by me * 1 hour consultation at your home to discuss requirements, ideas with verbal suggestions on how to improve your space. * Written summary provided, detailing requirements and suggestions made during consultation. For this to happen, your property needs to stand out from the crowd and make that memorable first impression to a potential buyer. Knowing where to begin with this can be a daunting task and Interiors by Clare aims to reduce the stress of selling, so that you can concentrate on your next move!

Interiors by Clare can analyse your property from top to bottom, even including the outside areas, providing you with a detailed report for each room. Although sometimes, a declutter and rearrange can be all a property needs, sometimes it's necessary to invest in your property in order to make a larger return, so this will also be discussed as a potential plan.
