About me

Hi!

I'm Clare and I created, 'Interiors by clare,' after finishing my Diploma in Interior Design at the start of 2023.

Although I have worked as a Primary School teacher for the last 13 years, and before that, in Life Assurance, I discovered a passion for interiors whilst renovating my first house, a Victorian terrace, in 2000, and threw myself into researching the latest interior trends and designers, carving out my own style in the process. Since having my two children, my style has evolved so that I have a deeper understanding of how comfort, functionality and style need to work together, for the modern family.

The natural beauty of our island is a daily inspiration. However, our access to resources, both on the High Street, vintage and online, is very limited. As a result of this, it can be a much trickier task to create your home, just as you would like it.

I want to take away the stress of this challenge, and work with you, to create the home that you have always dreamed of.
